The purpose of this list is to provide information enabling employees who wish to sign severance pay to determine whether they are validly entitled to discrimination based on the age of dismissed employees compared to the age of those who have not done so. The unit of decision for the purposes of this list is the department, location or identifiable group of employees in which the dismissals took place.
