CEM GÜRDENİZ’İN BU KONUDAKİ AÇIKLAMALARI
Emekli Tümamiral Cem Gürdeniz, Deniz Kuvvetleri Kurmay Başkanı Tümamiral
Cihat Yaycı’nın görevden alınmasıyla ilgili olarak değerlendirmelerde bulundu.
Deniz Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı Kurmay Başkanı Tümamiral Cihat Yaycı, bugün
Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanan bir kararla Genelkurmay Başkanlığı emrine atandı.
Yaycı’nın ‘kızağa çekilmesi’ni Emekli Tümamiral Cem Gürdeniz değerlendirdi.
“Yaycı’nın görevden alınması sonrası FETÖ kaçaklarının attığı zafer çığlıkları göz önüne alındığında,
bu atama kararının yarattığı tesir ile Deniz Kuvvetleri’nin Doğu Akdeniz’deki etkinliğine, personelinin
moraline veya FETÖ ile devlet içindeki mücadeleye zarar vermemesini beklemek
ve takip etmek, her vatandaşın görevi ve hakkıdır” diyen Gürdeniz, şunları
söyledi:
“16 Mayıs sabahı Deniz Kuvvetleri Kurmay Başkanı Tümamiral Cihat Yaycı’nın
Genelkurmay Başkanlığı emrine atandırıldığı haberi ile uyandık. 2009-2010
yılları arasında Deniz Kurmay Albay olarak emrimde çalışan Amiral Yaycı,Türk deniz tarihinin kaydettiği en önemli akademisyen amirallerden birisi olarak, 27 Kasım 2019 Türkiye-Libya Deniz Sınırlandırması Anlaşması’nın mimarıdır.
Muharip subaylığının yanı sıra hem mühendislik hem de sosyal bilimler disiplinlerinde doçentlik seviyesine varan akademik unvanlara
sahiptir. Yaycı, aynı zamanda Türkiye’de kamu kurum ve kuruluşları içinde FETÖ ile mücadelede önemli yere sahip FETÖMETRE’yi geliştirmiştir. Kısacası
Deniz Hukuku cephesindeki fikirleri, eylemleri ve kitapları ile başta Yunanistan ve GKRY olmak üzere Atlantik Cephe’yi; FETÖMETRE’nin
geliştirilmesi ve Deniz Kuvvetleri’ndeki ciddi çalışmaları sayesinde FETÖ ve kripto FETÖ unsurlarını son derece tedirgin etmiş, devletin çıkarlarını korumuştur. Yunan medyası ve FETÖ’cü sosyal medya hesaplarında bu tedirginlik Amiral Yaycı’yı ölümle tehdit edecek boyutlara kadar gelmiştir.2020 Yaz Şurası’na 2 ay kalan bir dönemde, Libya’da ve Doğu Akdeniz’de son derece önemli gelişmelerin yaşandığı bir konjonktürde Doğu Akdeniz’deki öncü ve en önemli dış politika unsuru olan Deniz Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı’nın en
üst seviye icra makamı Kurmay Başkanı’nın bir hafta sonu oldu bittisi ile görevden alınması son derece yanlıştır.
Kaldı ki bu gelişmenin kısa bir süre önce firari FETÖ elemanlarının sosyal medya hesaplarından ‘Önemli bir amiral
görevden alınacak’ mesajı ile duyurulması daha da vahimdir. Bu karar, ayrıca onaylanmadan önce Deniz Kuvvetleri Komutanı’na danışılmadan alındı ise daha da ciddi bir yanlıştır. Yaycı’nın görevden alınması sonrası FETÖ kaçaklarının attığı zafer çığlıkları göz önüne alındığında bu atama kararının yarattığı tesir ile Deniz Kuvvetleri’nin Doğu Akdeniz’deki etkinliğine, personelinin moraline veya FETÖ ile devlet içindeki mücadeleye zarar vermemesini beklemek ve takip etmek, her vatandaşın görevi ve hakkıdır. Umarım devlet, Amiral Yaycı’nın gelişmiş bilgi ve tecrübe birikimini en iyi şekilde değerlendirmeye devam eder. Unutmayalım,
Türkiye’nin 21. yüzyılda en büyük jeopolitik cephesi olan Mavi Vatan Cephesi’nde değil bir gerileme, duraksamaya dahi tahammülü olamaz.”
